As an Operations Director at Fehérvár FC for over 14 years, I manage a wide range of responsibilities across facility management, IT coordination, procurement, and transportation logistics.

With a background in IT engineering, I’ve transitioned into a versatile leadership role where I oversee everyday operations at multiple sites, including football pitch maintenance, cleaning teams, fleet management, and support services for our back office.

I work with a team of assistants, maintenance staff, cleaners, and drivers—leading with a hands-on approach and a focus on efficiency, reliability, and collaboration. My role requires both strategic thinking and practical problem-solving, which I genuinely enjoy.
